The Water Cycle
Students will understand the water cycle and its stages, be able to explain how water moves through the water cycle and create a visual representation of the water cycle.
Life Cycle of Trees
Students will understand the life cycle of trees, from seed to mature tree, be able to identify the key stages in a tree's life cycle and create a visual representation of a tree's life cycle.
North Carolina Wildlife
Students will learn about the diverse wildlife found in North Carolina and understand the importance of wildlife conservation in their state.
Rocks and Minerals
Students will learn about different types of rocks and minerals, understand the rock cycle and how rocks are formed, weathered, and transformed, and identify/classify common rocks and minerals.
